ACT, the Agents Council for Technology. ACT is a partnership of independent agents, companies, technology vendors, user groups and associations dedicated to enhancing the use of technology and improved workflows within the independent agency system supported by the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America.

                                                                      

AUGIE, the ACORD User Group Information Exchange. AUGIE, is a group of volunteers who work with vendors, carriers and other trade organizations in an effort to amplify the voice of the automated agencies through user groups, hasten the implementation of ACORD Standards throughout the industry and collaborate on any other industry initiatives of mutual interest to the participants. AUGIE’s direction is shaped by its Leaders Council, which consists of representatives from ACORD, ASCnet, AMS Users Group, Affiliated Network of EBIX Users (ANEU), DORIS, National Association of SIS Partner Agents, Inc. (NASPA), The National InStar Users Group (NIUG), and National Users Development Group, Inc. for MI.
